BCS @ 50
Celebrating fifty years of British computing

Celebrating the
British Contribution to Computing
in the 50th year of
the British Computer Society

July 12th to July 14th 2007 - Bletchley Park and London

The conference is now over. We will shortly be updating this website to include the presentations given over the three days and possibly include some video clips.

In this 50th year of the British Computer Society, the Computer Conservation Society is organising a three day conference to celebrate the British contribution to the development of modern computing.

Starting with an exploration of the legacy to electronic computing left by the war time pioneers at Bletchley Park, the conference moves to London and examines developments throughout the subsequent years.

The CCS is a special interest group of the BCS.
